Hello, I’m Jade

I’m a certified Pilates teacher based in Herefordshire, specialising in inclusive, mindful Pilates for real bodies and real lives. My classes welcome all levels – from complete beginners to those returning from injury or looking to feel stronger and more confident in movement.

How I Found Pilates

I came to Pilates because I was running, getting injured, and walking every morning with hip pain that worried me. After joining a weekly class, everything began to shift.
My pain eased, my injuries reduced, and I began to move in a way that felt steady, strong and free.

More importantly, Pilates taught me how my body works, how to move without pushing into pain, and how to reconnect with myself through movement. That experience fuels why I teach today.

How I Teach

My classes are welcoming, calm and thoughtfully paced. I guide you to move in a way that supports your body, at your level, with variations and options throughout.

Expect:
> options, variations, and guidance
> a judgement-free environment
> steady, mindful movement
> moments of ease, breath, and sometimes laughter
> the space to go at your own pace

> gentle progression

My aim is simple:
that you leave feeling steadier, stronger, freer, and more connected to your body.

A Little About Me

When I’m not teaching, you’ll likely find me:
– planning workshops and retreats
– lifting in the gym
– reading a good book
– out running/walking with my dog ‘Raffie’
– or wild swimming (especially when the water’s cold cold!).

Movement is where I think, breathe, reset, and reconnect, and I love helping others find that too.

My Training

I’m a fully qualified Mat Pilates teacher and I am completing my Advanced Level 4 Pilates qualification in Spring 2026.
I also hold specialist training in:

• Pre- and Post-Natal Pilates
• Pilates for Runners
• Pilates for Healthy Hips
• Pelvic Floor Health
• Stretch Therapy

Before teaching Pilates, I spent five years as a Water Babies teacher, supporting parents and children in learning confidence in the water. That experience taught me how to communicate gently and clearly, adapt to different needs and create a safe and encouraging environment – skills which now shape every class I teach.

Why I Do This

I believe Pilates should feel accessible, nurturing, and effective for every body, at every stage of life.
Move well.
Breathe deeply.
Feel at home in your body

Pilates for every body.
