About Jade
Hello! I’m Jade – a certified Pilates instructor based in Herefordshire.
I first came to Pilates wanting to feel stronger and more at home in my body. At the time, I was running regularly but kept picking up injuries and waking each morning with hip pain that really worried me.
I decided to try a local Pilates class just once a week for an hour – and within a few months, I noticed a real difference. My hip pain disappeared, my injuries settled, and I started to move with more ease and confidence.
But over time, Pilates gave me so much more than just pain relief.
It taught me how my body works, how to move mindfully and without pain, and how to reconnect with myself through movement.
Now, I’m passionate about helping others experience that same sense of freedom, awareness, and self-trust.
My classes are friendly, fun, and inclusive, designed for every body and every stage. Whether you’re brand new, returning after a break, or deepening your practice, you will find a supportive space to explore movement at your own pace – with options, laughter, and no pressure.
Outside of class, you will usually find me planning workshops, lifting at the gym, reading a good book, or wild swimming (especially when the water’s cold cold!).
