My Teaching Philosophy
I believe Pilates should help you understand your body, not just work it.
In my classes, you’ll discover how your body feels when it’s supported, stable, and free. We’ll focus on:
Core connection and pelvic floor awareness – finding your powerhouse and using it to support your back.
Mobility and strength through the hips and glutes – creating balance and power.
Footwork and grounding – learning how movement begins from the feet up.
Mind-body connection – building confidence, calm, and control through mindful movement.
Every class is about progress, not perfection – with plenty of options
and variations so you can find what feels right for you.
